​​​Collision ProAssist and BackBay by Collision ProAssist Terms & Conditions​

 

BackBay is a premium technical support service powered by Collision ProAssist. By subscribing to and using the BackBay service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:​

 

Service Overview

Collision ProAssist and BackBay by Collision ProAssist provides virtual collision repair support, including:

 

  • Assistance with interpreting OEM repair procedures

  • Tool and equipment support and guidance

  • One-on-one technical coaching

  • Access to a members-only Discord community

  • Support is offered via text, photo, video, and phone—designed to feel like having a subject matter expert standing in your shop’s back bay.

Eligibility & Access

You must be 18 years or older and work in, or be associated with, the collision repair industry to access BackBay. Access is granted via a paid monthly subscription and includes:

​

  • Direct communication with CPA experts

  • Access to the BackBay Discord server

  • Priority response to technical inquiries

Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Payments are processed securely via [your payment platform]

  • No refunds will be issued for early cancellation or removal due to violations

​

Acceptable Use Policy

When engaging with CPA staff or the Discord community, you agree to:

 

  • Use proper industry terminology (not slang or ambiguous language)

  • Provide vehicle-specific details (make, model, year)Ask specific, professional questions relevant to the industry

  • Only respond to member questions if you are CPA staff or an approved SME (tool/equipment/product rep or OEM)

  • Treat all members with professionalism and respect

  • Refrain from posting inappropriate content, spam, or off-topic material

 

CPA staff and approved contributors are clearly identified in Discord.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, media, documentation, and advice provided by CPA through BackBay remains the intellectual property of Collision ProAssist. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

Termination of Access

Collision ProAssist reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription, without refund, if you:

 

  • Violate community guidelines

  • Share confidential or proprietary information

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behaviorMisrepresent your identity or credentials

Disclaimer of Liability

BackBay is an advisory and educational service. While our team offers experienced, OEM-aligned guidance, all repair decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the technician or business. Collision ProAssist assumes no liability for damages, loss, or injury resulting from use of this service.

 

Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes.
